- Salade de la Mer® Gourmet
Made from red seaweed, Agar-Agar is a natural gelling agent made from pure vegetable sources. Colourless and odourless it is a perfect substitute for gelatine, with the added bonus of being low in calories. Agar-Aagar is an ideal base for sweet dishes (jams, conserves, flans...) or savoury dishes (pâté, vegetable stew...). You can also use it as an alternative to eggs in some recipes.
Agar-Agar can be used in different amounts to get the consistency you desire. How to use: use approximately 4g for every litre of end product required. Stir the Agar-Agar into a liquid and heat it to boiling point. Then pour it into a container and allow to cool down.

This stock is a subtle mix of seaweed (Dulse and Haricot de Mer®) and condiments. Added to cooking water it brings a touch of sea delight to your recipes.
This delicious mix can be added to your cooking water, particularly for fish, meat and vegetables.
Gourmet Salt with Dulse is made of fine flakes of Sea Salad mixed with powdered Dulse and coarse salt. Using salt alongside seaweed tends to give an original touch to the colours, flavours and aromas of your dishes.
Gourmet Salt with Dulse accompanies most dishes and is a suitable replacement for traditional table salt.
These black flakes with a hint of crimson give an original colour to your dishes. They give off aromas similar to dried fruits.
The Nori Gourmet is best used to season fish, vegetables, omelettes and soups. It can also compliment cold dishes like raw vegetables and salads.
Salade de la Mer® recipe combines perfectly with Dulse, Sea Lettuce and Nori. Mixing these seaweeds allows each and every one to release all their flavour and bring out their individual colours (red, green and purple).
Salade de la Mer® tantalises your taste buds and excites and invigorates your dishes. It can be delightful in salads, soups, omelettes, sauces or on biscuits. You can sprinkle it on meat or fish as you would with fine herbs.
