1. Spread the Toastalg® on bread.

2. Make different dishes from the following list of ingredients.

For 6 persons:
- 2 mozzarella balls
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 green salad
- 1 bunch of lamb's lettuce
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 c.c Moutarde de la Mer
- 4 c.s oil
- 2 c.s vinegar
- Gourmet salt with Dulse

1. Carefully wash the green salad, oak leaves and cherry tomatoes.

2. Chop up capsicum and cut some mozzarella into cubes.

3. Put everything into a large salad bowl.
Mix the oil, vinegar, mustard and Gourmet Salt.

4. Pour into the salad bowl and mix.

For 6 persons:
- 1,5 L Dashi stock
- 2 c.s red miso
- 30 g Wakame leaves
- 2 onions
- 250 g Tofu

1. Rinse the Wakame with cold water 2 or 3 times.

2. Heat some Dashi stock until it boils.
Reduce heat and dissolve the miso.

3. Add the Wakamé, chopped tofu pieces and finely chopped onions.

4. Heat for several minutes and serve.
