1 cutted baguette with cereals, 1 Toastalg® jar, cucumber, St Moret, cherry tomatoes, prawn, chive, lemon.

  • Make several combinations with ingredients from the list.

Summer salad

Ingredients:

For 6 persons :

2 mozzarella balls, 250g cherry tomatoes, 1 oak leave, 1 bouquet of lamb’s lettuce, 1 red pepper, 1 teaspoon Moutarde Douce de la Mer, 4 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons vnegar, Sel Gourmet à la Dulse, Nori Gourmet.

Preparation:

  • Wash carefully lamb’s lettuce, oak leave, cherry tomatoes.
  • Slice pepper and dice mozzarella.
  • Prepare vinaigrette by mixing oil, vinaigre, Moutarde de la Mer and Sel Gourmet à la Dulse.
  • Pour into a salad bowl and mix.
  • If you want you can sprinkle with Nori Gourmet.

Wakamé soup

Ingredients:

For 6 persons :

1,5L bouillon Dashi, 2 tablespoons red miso, 30 g Wakamé leaves, 2 oinions, 250 g tofu

Preparation:

  • Flush Wakamé 2 or 3 times with cold water.
  • Heat Dashi bouillon to boiling. Reduce the heat and dissolve miso.
  • Add Wakamé, cutted tofu and onions finely minced.
  • Heat few minutes and serve.
