Preparation:

 

• In a large bowl, combine flour, warm water, baking powder, butter, salt, seaweed and sugar.

• Mix together and knead to give body to the dough.

• When the dough is no longer sticky and is homogeneous, flour and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.

• Roll out the dough and cut it into 2 equal pieces.

• Then put it in a buttered cake pan, cover with a dish towel and let rise 1 hour.
